For delivery riders and drivers
Every app pays you differently. Add it all up in one go.
Weekly statements from Uber, Deliveroo, Just Eat or Amazon Flex each show earnings, fees, tips and adjustments in their own way. When it's time for your Self Assessment, you need the totals for the tax year.
Upload them and get one checked summary: what you earned before fees, what the apps took, tips and adjustments, by app, quarter, year to date and tax year.

How it works
1
Add your statements
Weekly, monthly or annual summaries from any app, as PDFs or screenshots.
2
We read and check them
Each statement is checked: earnings − fees + tips + adjustments should match the paid-out figure on the statement, so a misread figure shows up. Missing weeks, overlaps and double counting are flagged.
3
Download the totals
A spreadsheet of every statement with totals by app, quarter, year to date and tax year.

Questions
Does it tell me what to put on my tax return?
No. It adds up your statements. It doesn't say which figure is your turnover or which fees you can deduct: that depends on your contract with each app. What you report is up to you or your accountant.
Is this Making Tax Digital software?
No. It doesn't connect to HMRC. MTD quarterly updates are cumulative from 6 April, so the spreadsheet shows year-to-date totals too. If you're in MTD for Income Tax, bring the spreadsheet into your software by import, not by retyping or copy and paste (GOV.UK on digital links).
Do the apps tell HMRC what I earn?
Many do. Under the reporting rules for digital platforms, platforms report the earnings of people who provide services through them.
Does it use AI?
Yes, only to read each statement. The checks and totals are ordinary arithmetic.
What happens to my statements?
We don't keep them or the figures: they go straight back to your browser, and the spreadsheet is made on your own device. Our AI provider deletes them within 30 days (see the privacy notice).
Is this tax advice?
No. It isn't tax, accounting or legal advice. Check the figures before you submit anything.
